Leading the team is Steve Zentz. Steve built his first home at the age of 22. After several years of both working as a pharmacist and building homes for others, he determined that building homes gave him a better sense of accomplishment. In 1984, he made the decision to be a full-time builder.

Since then, Steve has brought together a tight-knit group of professionals dedicated to meeting your individual needs and creating the home that your family will treasure for a lifetime. From selecting the lot, the foundation preparation, the concrete work, the condominium construction, to the landscaping, Steve Zentz and his associates are there every step of the way.
